The lobby leads to the large open plan living and dining area featuring high ceilings and ceiling fans, from here doors open to two terraces, one of which is covered. The villa has a large swimming pool with a spacious deck area surrounded by a mature garden, overlooking the fairway and with a wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea.

The house is finished throughout in luxurious materials in muted shades. Much of the furniture is custom designed and the coral stone walls, shell stone terraces and the exposed pickled pine ceilings all echo the traditions of colonial living.
