This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the small community of Cassia Heights which is just a stroll away from the Royal Westmoreland Club House.

All guests staying in Royal Westmoreland have access to the resort facilities which include flood lit tennis courts, gym and communal pool. This villa is split level design with the living area and one bedroom on the ground floor, and the Master bedroom comprising the entire upper level. The villa boasts an outdoor deck area on which you can bask in the sun, enjoy an early morning outdoor breakfast or the quiet evening breeze or relax by the spa pool. The beach access is at the popular Mullins Beach where beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are in the main villa and the 3rd bedroom is in a separate cottage.
