This 3 bedroom club villa boasts breathtaking views of the resort and the ocean beyond. It is located within Forest Hills on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, overlooking the Clubhouse and the 10th tee.

The main property has the living accommodation on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The 3rd bedroom is in a self contained cottage set within an enclosed private courtyard.

• All guests staying in Royal Westmoreland will have access to the resort facilities which include flood lit tennis courts, gym and two communal pools. There are also special golf rates for guests staying at this villa. Beach access is arranged by Royal Westmoreland through Mullins Beach where beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. There is also a Kid's Club on the Resort which is open at peak times during the year.

This villa requires a 3 night minimum stay and all guests will receive a starter food pack on arrival.
